In Polish: Wypłata (uruchomienie) kredytu
This is the word you will see in bank documents.
Definition
The payout, or drawdown (uruchomienie kredytu), is the bank's transfer of the loan money to the accounts named in the agreement: the seller's, the seller's bank, the developer's, or yours when building. It follows the signing of the loan agreement and the notarial deed and meeting the payout conditions. From the payout date the bank charges interest on the amount paid out.
What it means for you
Until the payout, do not change jobs or take on new debt, because the bank may check your situation again and stop the drawdown. Every unmet condition, e.g. a policy without an assignment, delays the payout and frustrates the seller. With tranches you pay interest only on the part paid out.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a mortgage payout take?
From the decision to the payout usually 2–4 weeks. From complete documents after the deed to the transfer, usually a few days, depending on the bank.
Can the bank refuse to pay out after the agreement is signed?
Yes, if you do not meet the payout conditions or your situation changes significantly before it, e.g. you lose your job or take a new loan.
Is the loan paid out before the mortgage is entered?
Yes, that is standard. Until the entry, the bank protects itself with a higher margin or bridging insurance.
