In Polish: Stan deweloperski
This is the word you will see in bank documents.
Definition
Developer standard (stan deweloperski) is the common name for the condition in which a developer hands over a flat or house: usually with plastered walls, screeds and installations, but without floors, tiles, interior doors or bathroom and kitchen fittings. The developer act does not define the term. What counts is the scope and standard of finishing work written in the developer agreement.
What it means for you
Two developers can hand over flats under the name developer standard with a different scope of work, and the difference affects the finishing cost you pay after handover. Compare the list of works in the agreement and the information prospectus, not the name, and plan money for finishing before you buy.

What is developer standard?
The common name for the condition in which a developer hands over a flat: usually with plastered walls, screeds and installations, but without floors, tiles, interior doors or bathroom and kitchen fittings.
Is developer standard defined by law?
No. The developer act requires the developer agreement to set out the scope and standard of finishing work. What is in the agreement is binding, not the name.
What should I check at the handover of a flat in developer standard?
Whether all works from the developer agreement and the information prospectus were done. Record every gap or defect in the handover report.
